Bank Trust

Bank trusts are part of the process that can hold up a transaction if you don’t have the right solutions partner. It’s a two part process that requires timing as well as having all of the correct information up front to complete the transaction. We deal with banks that have specialized independent departments that can deliver in a timely manner and we will ensure all of the required information is there up front to get it delivered.

Notary 

Our notary was directly recommended by the President of the National Notary Association. It is critical to have the right partner as they not only are required by Mexican law to do the final paperwork but also handle final disbursement of funds and are the backbone of any successful transaction.

We use escrow services that are also chartered in the US and a member of the Texas banking association. Knowing your money is getting to exactly where it needs to go securely is key in any transaction. We are happy to refer you to Mexican financial partners that can assist you in conventional financing options here in the country. Your best options will exist leveraging the US banking system.
